Get happy by doing intentional actions:

  1. Move your body in a different way daily, do creative art projects, and listen to uplifting playlists

  2. Be Kind to others…a hug, a smile, listening. They say that raising your happiness quotient can be done by giving (Jennifer Aniston is a great example of this)

  3. Making space through slowing down: meditation, nature walks, etc.
